I just made my daughter’s veganized version of her mother’s mozzarella stuffed meat loaf. N it came out amazing. Yes​:100:% from plants.:seedling:

Supper tonight. Nothing fancy but tasty. I made grilled steak, sautéed mushrooms in garlic, steamed broccoli & mini potatoes I roasted with a bit of bacon fat from this morning :yum:

Healthy and delicious. Yes then again I like a good heart attack as much as the next guy.
All 12 eggs in my carton were double yoked.
