Tell me about this? :grinning:

Gm,well let me know how it turned out. I don’t know if your frying it probably not lol. But cornstarch is awesome to use for crisping things up & thickening sauces. Well if it is fried u mite want to try seasoning it first-dropping tofu into cornstarch-tofu into cultured buttermilk- to fryer. Or try these ingredients: 1 block tofu (firm or extra-firm) 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast. 2 tablespoons cornstarch 2 teaspoons garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon pepper. 2 tablespoons olive oil.

Messy but tasty. Tonight’s supper was over easy eggs with sautéed spinach and extra old white cheddar on toasted fresh local sourdough :yum:

So many people from the northern hemisphere don’t understand the true beauty of a classic new zealand/Australian made Mince and Cheese pie.

Yeah @Apes2020 not quite Southern Fried Chicken but I get the premise…oddly enough it does look appetizing. Enjoy LOL  April, if you ever get the chance to try Nashville hot chicken… it will leave you with a whole new understanding and outlook upon life. It’s a spiritual experience if you will.

Since I’m back in the office and no longer working from home, I got lunch for take out yesterday. It’s been so long! Sandwiches are the best when someone else makes them. Grilled chicken club panini with a side Thai flavoured salad :yum: Great little local organic spot. It was so great to eat something someone else prepared for me. In silence in my car! Kid-free! It was great :joy:

That looks awesome! I love omelettes but mine always become scrambled eggs and veggies. Lol. I’d take that one you made, though!

They look great! I’ll have to try that. I always used milk too, so maybe that’s the issue. Glad you got them to come out right. WIN!!!

This looks like a sloppy hot mess :joy: but it was tasty, indulgent comfort food. Threw together leftover rotisserie chicken, bacon, heirloom tomatoes in a rosé sauce with rotini
