Thanks, I made 2 versions for the week a beef and a chicken/shrimp set. The veggies change on different plates. Trying to get my overall health going and I have been working on many things, figured it was time to do better on the intake side too!

Additionally I started intermittent fasting today.
Nice, I have never trued the intermittent fasting thing. Maybe a consideration on my journey though! I agree, not only do I think more about my inputs, but I realize physical limitations too. Since I quit I have a TON more energy. I am hoping that getting into betteer shape will help me do all if the fun things I want to do and enjoy them! I have been getting a lot more active lately!
