Man - if you are into hot peppers, this is wonderful. My son bought me 5 different blends.

Did you make this? Awesome presentation and photos

Yep.
It was me.
Thank you for the positive feedback

Yes! It’s called Seso in Spanish. It’s been hard to down since mad cow disease.

An Asian restaurant had it l went to last night. Loved it.

My kids aren’t too wild about it but they will try it if I ask. I don’t want them to be picky eaters

Do you have culinary background/training? Impressive

No training.
Chef or marine biologist were my early childhood thoughts on a career… and i became neither :joy:

Well if you’re milking fish eggs and make that lovely food, I’d say you’ve accomplished both of those goals :joy::ok_hand:

Haha!
Someone else sustainably milked them.
:milk_glass::fish:
A professional trout egg milker, if you will. We call them “Trilkers^”
I leave those jobs to the real pros.

^ no we don’t

My little NYE BBQ
Pork Scotch fillet skewers, marinated chicken thighs, a coconut-peanut satay sauce. Also made mango sticky rice for dessert but forgot to get pictures… Was amazing and i ate too much. The balance of salty/sweet was bang on.

That looks amazing. I’m sure I could just eat a big bowl of that satay sauce :yum:
I ordered online groceries for pick up during the holiday rush and they must have been out of the (Canadian) ground beef I ordered. They gave me Aussie beef! I hope there’s no kangaroo in there :joy::wink: JK

Filled with prosciutto, beef tenderloin, pulled pork, shredded roasted chicken, morels, portabellas, oyster mushrooms, wild mushrooms, caramelized onions, fresh rosemary and provolone. A carnivores dream! The little one is for me, minus the meat.

Serbian version of Beef Wellington we could say.

My eggnog spiced cheesecake. Pretty tasty. I had to make it out of spite instead of the chocolate one for my eggnog bashers @anon30771928 @CaptAZ. :kissing_heart:
(No eggnog in it, just similar spices like cinnamon and nutmeg)

both just sponge and jam but my boss wanted me to stop buying cakes and make em instead so I just you tubed everything, tried it all at once and stuck it on a cake. I was well chuffed for 1st attempt, they never got any better though :joy: :joy: :joy:. They look like a 4 Yr old made them but the residents where I work liked the personnel touch so who cares. Here’s the rest, I don’t mind if you laugh, especially at the piano.
