I’m so looking forward to getting back in the kitchen SOBER! Here’s part of my recent efforts to do something with all the dang tomatoes my garden is producing. Some roasted tomato marinara for pizza this Friday and to freeze for later.

I never buy guacamole anymore I always make mine fresh with chillis, corriandor (think you guys call is cilantro?), salt flakes and squeeze of fresh lime juice. chef kiss
That’s the only way to do it. Unless I’m in Cali. They got so much great avocado concoctions in Cali. They only thing I didn’t like was when I order avocado toast it comes out guacamole toast. Which is ok. But I was expecting avocado on my toast. Big difference. Now I know. And ya I think cilantro is what we’d call coriander.
Side note. London is just lovely. My favorite place in the whole world. Lived there as a kid in 78/79. I try to get back when I can.
That reminds me. Put avocado on grocery list. It will go great with my fresh baked bread.
I often just eat avocado and eggs. Nice and simple and good source if protein and good fats
I managed to cook tonight! Woooo! I doctored up some navy bean, kale and sausage soup I had in the freezer with additional garden kale, stewed tomatoes, and zucchini. It feels good to use my garden produce. Corn muffins on the side.

Cooking seems more enjoyable with the colder weather coming. Can’t wait to do some stews and goulashes. Bon appetite
