Honestly probably for the best as far as health goes. Cereal was really big in the US in the 80s and early 90s and the cereal industry made tons of money, but they’ve slowly been losing market share over the last couple decades as people in the US have moved away from it. I think that’s really caused companies to push into more international markets. I could be wrong, but that would make sense to me.

Yeeeeeees Kerry Gold is such good butter. Perfect for pumpkin bread! Doing it right! Also I shared the fritter recipe with my sister in law who gave me the zucchini for the bread and they made them for breakfast this morning. What goes around comes around!

Eric will you adopt me? I am fairly low maintenance nowadays. I won’t be much trouble at all, just feed me.:joy:

I actually haven’t made that fritter recipe in about two years or so. I think I’ll be making it next time we get groceries. It looks pretty good.. Actually since the pandemic I’ve never done so much cooking at home. And no drinking. I always use to start my cooking with a bottle of wine for the chef. I haven’t thought about that ritual for a really long time.
Happy Sunday to ya when it gets here.

Simple chicken, sweet potato and beans.
Coat veggie mix with olive oil, thyme, rosemary, minced garlic, lemon slices, salt and pepper. Chicken seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika. Roast at 180° fanforce for 25mins.
Enjoy

Wifey don’t like that Halibut I bought. Dipped it in egg and flour, pan seared, sandwich. Looks like I’ll be having a lot of these  at least they’re frozen. Her loss.

I’m drooling. I’d help you out with some of that. I’m looking forward to picking up some fresh beef roasts and other products from our local farm co-op tomorrow!
