Sunday supper and a cold rainy day. Roast beef tenderloin, mashed red-skinned potatoes with gravy, acorn squash with a pool of butter, and overcooked baby Brussels sprouts :rofl:

I did these in instant pot pressure cooker. Not as tasty as roasted but still good :yum: Butter and sea salt for my half; butter & maple syrup for hubby

I think I like this better than the chocolate mousse. Way too much sugar in the mousse. This is like carrot cake in a cup :yum:

Do you like carrot cake? I love carrot cake!
It taste just like carrot cake only in a smoothie. Iā€™ll put green food coloring in next time. Maybe that will make it look better.

BTW. I donā€™t even cook the spinach. I just take the hot cooked ā€œbeautiful lookingā€ :crazy_face: pasta and mix it in a bowl with the room temperature spinach and let the hot pasta wilt the spinach. Then serve.
Donā€™t forget the parmesan!

LOL Edmund, I will be a tough opponent to beat when it comes to household chores :sweat_smile: :sweat_smile: I think it might come down to who has the prettiest face :rofl: :rofl:
But, since you and @Dazercat are both in the US, you have the upper hand. I donā€™t see a way of getting out of Europe atm :smile: And I think I might need to take @Milele with me :laughing: :laughing:

Why donā€™t you just eat carrot cake? Besides, I donā€™t see cream cheese frosting anywhere in the vicinity and that is the WHOLE PURPOSE of carrot cake!

You are an amazing cook :heart::purple_heart: after I took off my culinary coat and got sober, I was able to look at cooking through a different lense-I was so used to cooking for others, I began to cook for myself and it became therapeutic.
