That woman is a goddess. The most miraculous secret of Velveeta? It does NOT have to be refrigerated. That, my sober friend, is nothing but pure magic right there.
WHY do I come to this thread when itâs past midnight?? WHY do I do this to myself?? Looking at all of this culinary excellence makes me want do things my fridge and pantry arenât prepared for LOL
Now she wants your recipe. No worries she donât like to cook. Itâll be months before she makes it.
Another crockpot dinner. Trying new things is exciting, especially when the prep is minimal and the ingredients simple. I have zero experience cooking squash, so I started with this recipe:

We have a winner! So yummy.
P.S. There is a paywall for this recipe if you donât subscribe to ATK. If you want deets, let me know. It was finished with a honey, cayenne and lime drizzle that really tied all the flavors together so beautifully!

Iâm ashamed to say I still havenât brought food to cook for myself, ice cream, pop tarts and bananas are all I eat .
Iâm sorry youâre feeling down. I hope you feed yourself something beautiful and nourishing after an emotional day - look at all those colors!
You made the right choice. The fresh food will be much better for you than the smokes and suds. Iâm so sorry youâre feeling sad and lonely. I know you donât really know me, but Iâm going to be at my computer for the next several hours and youâre welcome to DM me if you need or want to have a light conversation with someone.
Sausage & pepper penné.
I sliced up some tasty garlic sausage from local organic farm across road, sautĂ©ed with mushrooms, bell peppers, garden tomatoes and a rosĂ© sauce with whole wheat pennĂ© pasta. Added a bit of shaved cheese at end. Didnât have the ingredients on hand I normally make it with, so I improvised with on hand ingredients
Iâd say thatâs a great improvisation! Nice presentation. I love that splash of green that the basil leaves give.
Sometimes I eat basil leaves right off my plant
What is in the sauce? It looks like itâs a spicy dish.
Not really spicy at all IMO.
Just a generic Tex Mex Paste mixed in with a Tomato Paste. I kept the Cholula sauce on hand to kick it up a notch. Wifey donât like spicy.
