Setting up a breakfast with pear, apple, various seeds and oat milk. Today the weather is sweeet and I can’t wait to ride my bike through the forest.

Had a professional development day booked for online learning, so came back home after I dropped off little guy, rather than heading to office. Quick & tasty lunch of eggs, sautéed cabbage with butter & sea salt, and blackberries

You’re inspiring me to eat more simply, also. I like it!

Usual veggy dinner. Nothing special but I like it. All in one pot. My favourite.

Following @Salty’s lead, my lunch. Packet of salmon, some avocado needing to be used, blueberries, bell pepper and Gouda. Lots of healthy fats  But still pretty wholesome.

Mmm looks tasty! What’s all in there?

Uff, in English :  chard, spinach, zucchini, carrots, champions, beetroot juice for the color. I love the color. Tomatosauce, coconut milk and lupine meal.

It’s gorgeous! I figured beets must be involved in some way for the lovely vibrant colour. Thank you for sharing your tasty meal

I my god. I ordered an ox cheek for Friday for me. I just revisited the recipe online and I am shaken by the amount of alcohol they/me put in there. Wtf. Well, I will love it w/o alcohol, there is no doubt about that. I am already looking forward to this. Likewise a one pot meal. Been thinking about this some time.

Just to give you some ideas about alternatives.

Hamburgers from organically farmed Hereford cows who live(d) on the edge of town. Fried spuds with sage. And salad. Easy does it.

Tomatoe sauce and coconut milk together,!?!?! Please explain lol :grimacing:

Well, you open up the bottle of coconut milk which I store in the freezer as I buy them in 1 l packs and pour it in the pan. When you make tomatoes soup you can also add some kind of cream. Mine is coconut milk
