@RosaCanDo I have been thinking about Albondigas since you mentioned it. Since we are quarantined at home, I ordered it from a local place. I will let you know how it is. It’s gets really good reviews but I am pretty judgey on Mexican food.

I have this one and I absolutely love it. I am completely on board the air frying train and I try to get my clients to take the route as well. Compared to fried food it cuts calories by 70% to 80% and has a lot less fat. Everything except fish you can make in it (it cuts down on the omega 3’s when you air fry fish) and the outcome is always something super light! So many good books on the market too with awesome ideas…I’d highly recommend with all the cooking you do!

I didn’t take a pic and sadly, it was substandard. 
Next time, I will order from a restaurant in South Omaha. Normally, this restaurant’s food is amazing, an off day today. Even the guacamole and the salsa were sub-par.
Always a bummer when that happens. Too bad.

Sounds lovely! Inspired by this, I might have to do a bake off with @Milele this weekend. We don’t have Thanksgiving but Dec 6th is our Independence Day. We celebrate quite differently to you Muericans, partly bc it’s not at all BBQ weather
