@ShadowFax Beatrix approving my mis en place.

Hamburger Soup.
Others might call it Beef Burger Soup since it’s beef not ham. Or Mince.

With some take and bake sourdough bread from Sprouts.

This I added eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash and oregano. It is good.
@Dazercat Im glad to see your kitty on the counter! My kitty is on the counter a lot while I’m cooking! I’ve gotten over being appalled and not believing how I am living I’m just appreciating her good company and trying to be sweet about the whole thing. I think she just wants to keep a watchful eye on what’s going on. It’s cute. And totally not understandable to lots of people. It might even be our little secret. :hugs:

I’ve created a little monster. She was dying and supposed to only live two months in June. So many people I know have fountains for their kitties. I don’t really have a good place for one. So I put her own special glass in one side of the sink.
( I make sure I have dish soap in everything else up there on other side)
She loves loves loves drinking out of her one special coffee cup in the sink.
As you know kitties don’t like to drink a lot.
She has to weave her way through the burners to get to the sink. She does a great job and of course she doesn’t do this unmonitored. True confessions.

I’m happy she saved you.
We’re fountain people. We got one in our master bathroom. They do like the running water.

Me too! It tastes great and for me has the added lazy element of once prepared, can just let it do its thing in the oven.
