Peas, carrots and hamburger in ramen is paradise to me. Alas, so much gluten in those tasty noods.
A less glutenous version is the traditional
Mexican rice with tomato and peas and carrots. I love the stuff.
Oh, I have the zero gluten-y noodles in my cupboard and they are good. Sometimes there is just a need for Frankenfoods.
My mom introduced me to some of those and they’re actually really good! But yes. The fast food of 3 minute ramen is a joy sometimes.

Leftover gluten-free stuffing waffles. Freaking delicious! Just add egg.
Edit to add: I like very little in the way of sweet things. I am going to make stuffing for the sole purpose of freezing these and having ready-made, toastable “waffles.”
