I recently learned how to air fry some chicken and it’s amazing! Juicy and takes like 15-20 minutes! Waiting on some roasted broccoli to finish it off

Chicken here, too, @Runningfree - garlic lemon pepper seared and then finished off in the oven. (Not pictured is a butter and cream based lemon garlic sauce because I forgot to take a photo!)

Thanks @Mno , a friend and I were discussing some of this, this past weekend and her suggestion of tightly wrapping cheese in plastic is not exactly right. Thanks from a cheesehead- cheesaholic.

Who does that? That’s like running out of Mayo, or cheese. Just don’t do that again.

It’s nice to get breakfast before running off to work. I MADE the time today (normally I just eat while I work)

I was up super early for no good reason, so I cooked up some eggs, added some of my hubby’s regular breakfast burrito mix (beans, brown rice, serranos and salsa verde) and he expertly wrapped them for us with cheese, sour cream, and chipotle hot sauce. Now they rest for a few and it’s breakfast time!

Great minds…

No flour for me, though.:unamused:

Nice! Honestly I prefer corn/tacos but I had just the flour today.

Not food, but drink.

I love me some mineral water, always San Pellegrino.
Had never heard of Topo Chico (mineral water from Mexico) until I moved here. Tried the lime type about a month ago and been on the hunt since. Grocery store was always out.

Well today I got the last case, dammit. I am THRILLED. Can’t wait to crack one open with lunch!

(Btw - if you can find this stuff near you, GET IT)

Had afternoon off today, and I made a pasta bake with meatballs, sauce, fresh vine tomatoes, and sautéed onions. And yes, that’s 4:15pm on the stove  Apparently I’m an 80 year old trapped in the body of a 40 something year old :joy: I prefer early supper!

Better blend that up for easy eating if you’re 80
