Yeah, I’m working my way through it, there’s a lot of it!! It has a stronger taste but is more woody. A nice change for sure. I reckon it would be great with blue cheese.

Super happy with my dinner tonight after an afternoon busy in the kitchen. Roasted acorn and carnival squashes, sautéed spinach and onion, and some chili beans. I ate with some corn tortillas…mmmmm.

Started with the Greek Salad.
I’m so glad they do a great Greek salad.
Tried their pasta tonight.
Baked Fusilloni
Spiral pasta, hot Italian sausage, ricotta and mozzarella cheese and house bolognese sauce.
It was pretty good.
I personally think the presentation could have been better. And of course it was way too much food.
I sound like my mother.

It so was. I forgot to mention I brushed the squash with a honey lime chipotle glaze…worked nicely! Those squashes have been my Thanksgiving centerpiece decoration and needed to be cooked!
