Made a burrito bowl but with chicken! Boil my chicken to shred then added salsa, corn and black beans. Served on rice tonight. Probably will go on nachos tomorrow

That bacon looks 11/10 on the crispy scale!
You know, I usually don’t cook mine as crispy and usually like thicker bacon (my mom cooked it) but I have to say I liked it! A nice change of pace and with the crunch of the iceberg and contrast with juicy tomatoes

Brunch, and my first experience with facon. Basically just tastes like Frazzles (as expected). Not dreadful but not good either.
I’ve never heard of garlic confit before. It was pretty good. Not to strong. And nice and mushy like a paste. IMO I think garlic stays stronger if you roast it. But this didn’t take away from that lovely veal chop so that’s good. I hate when chefs over sauce a perfectly nice piece of meat. I don’t get it
