Always on the side. I use maybe 2 thimblefuls of dressing on my salad. In the rare instance when the salad is premixed, say a Caesar salad, I have been known to blot it with my napkin.

Texas Roadhouse has such good steaks. I’m boring. I get the same thing every time. Ribeye with two salads.

They are radish sprouts from the Asian market. A nice peppery flavor.
