Penné pasta dish with local honey garlic sausage, peppers, onion & mushrooms. Shredded cheddar & provolone to top it. Wish I’d roasted the veggies while I sautéed the sausage, instead of sautéing them too. Would have been nicer flavour. Next time

Our chef got arrested right before the lunch rush, both preppers had called in and the other servers and I just did the best we could. 
That’s when I was managing my friend’s Cajun restaurant. It was comedic but I had watched and tasted enough that we got through it - with no scathing reviews.

A friend baked the chocolate cake; she put the cake mix in a something where she could squeeze it out in the squiggle before going into the oven. I took the Tuscan Apple Cake, did not make it and did not eat either because I had to leave. Nice to see them, first time in two years… Crazy.

They do some really great looking food at this place and it tasted pretty good too.
The lemon slices on the sushi was too over powering. Had to knock those off
