Is life giving you too much lemon??
For an unhappy gut, plain Greek yogurt, strawberries and mint. Light and refreshing. I didnāt think Iād completely like the mint but I ended up having to add more! Not overpowering at all.
Eggs & extra old cheddar on toast for supper. Thought Iād try the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer (avocado oil & sea salt) and kumato brown tomatoes
That looks perfect to me. How did the air fryer work for the sprouts?
That roll sounds and looks delicious. It makes me want to walk down to the river and take a bite out of salmon. I think most of them are dead having completed their spawning.
Not bad. I liked the crispy bits. A touch dry though. I either could have cooked them more (I like them a bit tender inside), or else done them in the oven as it likely makes them more tender as thereās more steam. I think I prefer oven for them
Tomato basil soup from the freezer doctored up with some fresh chopped garden tomatoes and basil and a grilled cheese and ham on sourdough (fake single wrapped cheese slices that donāt melt for shit! I have to start sending my husband to the store with photos for thingsā¦)

Pear and honey crostiniā. I think it was on sourdough with ricotta, roasted candied pecans, and fresh basil. It was so freakin good

Baked a choc mud cake today as wellā¦ But havenāt iced it yet. Might take a pic when thatās doneā¦ Who knows? Itās the unexpectedness that keeps it exciting.
Agreed. We arenāt strangers to even charcoal grilling when itās inclement weather for that reason. I have my eye on a propane grill for the winter thoughā¦And now I want ribs!
