For an unhappy gut, plain Greek yogurt, strawberries and mint. Light and refreshing. I didnā€™t think Iā€™d completely like the mint but I ended up having to add more! Not overpowering at all.

Eggs & extra old cheddar on toast for supper. Thought Iā€™d try the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer (avocado oil & sea salt) and kumato brown tomatoes

That looks perfect to me. How did the air fryer work for the sprouts?

That roll sounds and looks delicious. It makes me want to walk down to the river and take a bite out of salmon. I think most of them are dead having completed their spawning. :fish:

Not bad. I liked the crispy bits. A touch dry though. I either could have cooked them more (I like them a bit tender inside), or else done them in the oven as it likely makes them more tender as thereā€™s more steam. I think I prefer oven for them

Tomato basil soup from the freezer doctored up with some fresh chopped garden tomatoes and basil and a grilled cheese and ham on sourdough (fake single wrapped cheese slices that donā€™t melt for shit! I have to start sending my husband to the store with photos for thingsā€¦)

Lunch in Sedona
At The Hideaway House.

I think I ordered this just so I could take a pic for you @Alisa

Itā€™s something my wife and I would never order together. She didnā€™t want an ap so it was all mine. :yum:
Pear and honey crostiniā€™. I think it was on sourdough with ricotta, roasted candied pecans, and fresh basil. It was so freakin good

Hot Sausage Pepper and Onion Grinder

Sweet Mild Italian sausage, bell peppers and onions, Calabrian peppers (spicy), smoked provolone, served on house baked bread

A+ food
F for service.
A+ for scenery

Are you looking into my home? ?? Iā€™ve been eating pears for a week or two!
Theyā€™ve been absolutely delicious.
I havenā€™t had any cheese with them; that looks wonderful!
I have a honey bear unopened.
(I have one new monster in my house, I think Iā€™m gonna post it for Halloween.)
Thanks for thinking about me, I appreciate it ! Bon appetit

Itā€™s been a rough couple of weeks emotionally the last couple of days. We are drained.
Weā€™re having popcorn for dinner :scream:

My step-mom-in-law always sends us our Halloween popcorn.

My fave is the caramel corn. :grimacing:
Any wiggle room on this one Stella?
@Its_me_Stella
I guess Iā€™ll just eat the cheese and butter ones. Unless the judges think caramel corn is ok for a no extra added sugar diet.

The tin is adorable!!! I think you should stay away from the caramel ones as much as it pains me to say

I think Minnie is deliberating the case. She would rather a cheese than a caramel!

On their deathbed, nobody ever said ā€œI wish Iā€™d eaten less caramel popcornā€.
Fact.

Starting the low and slow initial cook on some ribs.
Will finish over charcoal with generous basting of my homemade BBQ sauce.
Oh yes!

Good to see you back on the grill!

Iā€™ve actually grilled quite a bit since the moveā€¦ Some days itā€™s just easier and less clean-up.
What I havenā€™t been doing is taking any pictures of food.

Baked a choc mud cake today as wellā€¦ But havenā€™t iced it yet. Might take a pic when thatā€™s doneā€¦ Who knows? Itā€™s the unexpectedness that keeps it exciting.

Agreed. We arenā€™t strangers to even charcoal grilling when itā€™s inclement weather for that reason. I have my eye on a propane grill for the winter thoughā€¦And now I want ribs!
