@RosaCanDo @EarnIt I hardly ever eat canned chicken anymore, basically vegetarian, however, a number of years ago I used to enjoy making a chicken salad. With the big cans of canned chicken. I would put a “21” ( from club 21) dressing on it which is half-and-half mayonnaise and sour cream. Good bit of Blue cheese. Black olives. Mix it all up.
It was delicious and people always enjoyed it.

Buenos días, amigos! Another clear the fridge meal. An egg scramble with red onion, serrano chiles, salami, spinach, heirloom tomatoes. Mine had some feta. This is the first time I’ve tried using chiles that I had previously frozen and it was a success.
I wish my “clear the fridge” meals looked that good!
