Lettuces, red and green, pear, pecans, chicken breast, Danish blue cheese. I am a bona fide cheesaholic and am learning some things here at TS. My new work around is to buy an amount that if I eat all of it, it is okay. Buy a small portion so I only have a small portion.
This cheese here reminds me of a snow bank!
@Dazercat some of the red was kinda bushy and tough! Edit: PS I love how they made the potato salad mound and wow on the BBQ bun!
@liv_m another dream dessert from you, looks very delicious and fabulous!
Bon appetit everyone!

Vegetables, pickled onions, grilled chicken coconut curry.

Spiced broccolini

We got less than 2 weeks left here.
Chances of me cooking at home are pretty slim.

Remembering that this is a “safe site”, here is my oatmeal! I love it, it is firm enough that I probably could turn it upside down and it would stay in the bowl. I have chia, flax and hemp seeds but ( mainly forget ) to use them on other things… If I were to eat oatmeal in the eve I would add blueberries, an apple or something, but in the morning I want it firm.
@Dazercat I edited my last post and added something about your cool BBQ plate. Enjoy your meals and thanks so much for sharing, it is a pleasure for me… and am happy for you and K.
@SelfLove_42 what a lovely “best of 2021” meal! Refresh my mind what the fruit is with the sweet heart in the middle of some of the pieces! The meal looks scrumptious.
@ShawnaJourney YUM! What is the white?? That looks great!

Corn and salmon chowder with sweet corn I froze last summer. I found a recipe that suggested boiling corn cobs (after removing kernels) and then adding some of that water to the chowder. Nice technique!
