OMG Chocolate ghee, I never knew there was such a thing. I use ghee on a regular basis when I cook. Where has this been all of my life. I need to find that ghee sampler…
Not sure where you’re at but they ship nationwide in the US. She is pricey but the ethics, quality, flavor, and textures are incredible. I’d buy it now that I’ve sampled. Still cheaper than booze!
That sounds lovely. I’ve wanted to try something like that. Question: do your tortillas hold up at all or sort of disintegrate/integrate into the casserole?

Attempting a new type of breakfast to manage the hunger I’ve felt lately. I think it is due to upping my activity level. I’m just tired of being so damn hungry all the time! So, more protein and healthy fats and getting my fruit in, too. I often struggle with eating fruit.
The tortilla holds up pretty good and it maintains its firm structure. I baked it for 20 minutes at 380°. Long enough to heat it through, but not long enough to dry it out. It was in a glass pan, about 9"x13".

It’s called Gyro, I get it from a Greek Restaurant in my neighborhood. It’s a combination of lamb and beef
Spicy buffalo wings, with salad, coleslaw, tomatoes and small portion of rice topped with garlic mayo and dollop of bbq sauce on side.Tasted yummy all the flavours.
