I Love my smoothies too in the late morning.
And I love the turmeric.
I Been trying to get it more in my diet for inflammation. Been doing a green ginger turmeric tea in the morning for years now.
Surf and turf awhile ago almost always mean a filet and lobster tail. These days it’s most anything beef and seafood combo. I actually can’t believe how nice this lobster tail was. Cooked perfectly. Only 2 waitress/bartenders and the cook or chef served food when the waitresses were busy. And they were busy. I thought it was pretty cool. I’ve never seen that before. It’s great when everyone works together.
I had always problems with eating breakfast in the morning, just couldn’t get it into my throat. Till I tried smoothies a few years ago. Its easy, quick an healthy and it gives me a energy boost better then coffee.
They hardest thing is you have to make sure your fruits are ripe every day
They did a pretty decent job, And they already cleaned the whole lobster tail for you
Shrimp & lobster ravioli with sun dried tomatoes, baby spinach, a touch of roasted red pepper Alfredo sauce & fresh parm. Soooo good. Haven’t had sun dried tomatoes in a while
We both went with:
Dwight’s special
Belgian waffle, topped with two pieces of boneless, skinless crispy chicken.
With Gravy
Hot sauce
Ranch
Honey.
I’m going with the Honey.
I’m lost. I guess it’s ‘cause I don’t watch tennis, huh. That meal looks like something I could go for right now on this frigid day! With sausage gravy…
My goodness…this came out better than I could have hoped. A stir fry with garlic, serrano chiles, red onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, broccoli and “dry fried” tofu (in a well seasoned cast iron skillet), sauce was a jar of peanut satay sauce and a few dashes of coconut milk. Served on 100% buckwheat soba noodles. I’m super happy to be exploring these flavors and meat and dairy free meals!
That looks wonderful! Thanks for thinking about me! I would order that and either eat or give away the Proscuitto… It all looks scrumptious! It looks like a huge pear! Hope the arugula wasn’t too tough xoxo
