Wifey doesn’t eat stuff like that.
It was heavenly. I didn’t know why they serve it with the green Tabasco. But eventually I tried some on it. And it was even better. Just a little really complimented the flavor.

Back to our favorite funky cafe in Venice.
26 Beach Cafe. Nothing in the cafe matches yet it all works and looks too funky.
Sat near the Christmas trees.
Got my favorite:
Katsu California Roll Burger.
crab, avocado, sushi ginger, nori, wasabi mayo, tomato, cucumber
No bun. They put it on a salad. I’m watching my weight
as I eat my way through the Holiday’s in SM
My first cappuccino without sugar.

roasted root vegetables, baby carrots, green onion, peppers, broccolini, tofu, avocado, brown rice, herb salad, tahini, balsamic reduction.
All those root veggies @Hailstrom ? on here a while ago made me order this. It was great.

They are great. Especially the way this place does these. I’ve tried at home. But it’s a real lot of work and not much yield. I know I’m lazy. But it is a pain trimming them, pre steaming it or boiling them. Then letting them cool. Then grilling them.
