Foodies Unite #4 (trigger warning food) DON'T GO BACON MY HEART!

Ever since I heard of them I’ve been enjoying making smash burgers at home.


Instead of forming a burger patty like I’ve done countless times. Just a ball of burger in a really hot pan.

Smash it with my spatula.

Meanwhile make my special sauce.

Always always! I’ll bring a special cheese that is used in burgers in my home province, nowhere else in the country. It’s sooooo good.

Red and green lettuces, cooked salmon, avocado, olive oil made from Hojiblanca olives
@Butterflymoonwoman your pumpkin bread looks great! Who knows what happened? Could always put some frosting or butter on it! Maybe you wanted to make one of the donut cakes (apple cider) …

Some salmon Caesar salad today

Pomegranate seeds, mango, organic golden kiwis tossed in lemon and lime juice, frozen, allowed to thaw long enough to be soft enough to eat, more lime juice.

Edit: added about 8-10g white sugar before freezing to soften the intensity of the citrus.
