I’ve been posting vegan dishes on that thread. But I think I’ll post this one here, it was that good. Since the sausage was cooked separately from the veggies last night I was able to make this vegan - Thai green coconut curry with some sautéed “super” greens on jasmine rice. Soooo good.

Caesar salad with homemade olive sourdough croutons, pickled red onions, avocado, fresh basil, kalamata olives, tomatoes, and lots of lemon zest.

Apparently, they freeze really well. I haven’t gone there, yet. They have frozen avocado cubes at Aldi. I might try those out in sauces or a smoothie. I am obsessed with avocado/cilantro sauce over meaty fish.

How many chickens? I am about to do an chickie order to supplement our flock for the Spring. We lost 7 to predators over this winter. :grimacing:

Too MUCH ROUGH Arugula… I like arugula a lot, too, package said Red Lettuce, something else and Arugula nd it was mostly arugula with two pieces of Red. I added green to it. Plus eggs and avocado…

His and hers scrambles. His with the last sausage and veg leftovers and some broccoli, mine with sautéed scallions and super greens. Both have crumbled queso fresco. Ezekiel sprouted grains muffins (thanks, @Salty, I love them), his with cream cheese and mine with almost enough kerrygold salted butter.

Sometimes when it’s “dog friendly,” meaning plain beef or chicken they do get “just a nibble.” Not much. :poop: :poop: :poop::poop::poop::poop: warning :warning: let’s just say we like the way their digestive system works when they stick to their food and diet. TMI :rofl::rofl::rofl:
