I think we are having chicken for dinner today. I will use the leftovers to have a go at this for tomorrows dinner. Over here in the UK chicken noodle soup is a watery chicen stock with egg whites whisked in and thin rice noodles, mainly available from chinese takaways. Not very nice in my opinion.

How do you guys like to prepare beets? I bought some but i have never cooked them before. Should i roast them in the oven or put them on the grill?! I don’t know!
I like to bake them but they can also be boiled. They take a while, 40 minutes or so.
You can bake it with other vegetables in the oven… Feta cheese is very nice on top.
My mum cooks a eastern Europe and Russian traditional soup recipe called “Borschtsch” it’s very delicious, we are putting ground beef in it, but there are several recipes on the internet.
