Tried a Johnsonville brand “chorizo,” meh. But tasty enough with eggs, cheese and salsa verde. 1/2 bagel and cream cheese. Big breakfast for a full day of outdoor activity!
I have such fond memories of going to the u-pick for strawberries and making jam with my grandma! You brought a sentimental tear to my eye. Beautiful.
We had to do the U pick…rabbits tore up my patch…I might have 2 on my plants
After a 12 day brine, rub, and smoke - our first pastrami was a success. Fresh loaf of rye and pickles from the deli
That looks AMAZING!
Made a tiny batch of strawberry rhubarb topping for my yogurt today. And then I dropped my phone in it.
Noooooooooo!
Lol luckily it was still edible and the phone was easy to clean but just one of those moments
Epic BBQ. Perfectly grilled Yellowfin Ahi tuna, brats, marinated (olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and salt) and grilled portobellos, steamed asparagus, potatoes cooked in foil packets with butter and garlic.
Beautiful unusual surf and turf. And veggies.
Looks great!
Thanks! We had planned on brats only, but the meat counter had a beeeautiful chunk of tuna and I just had to bring some home. That was a third of the entire steak I bought! Glad there is some of everything left over.
Forgot to post my lunch.
Early this morning I made a Greek village salad.
And some home made lemon oregano olive oil and red wine vinegar. And let it sit in the fridge.
Boars head ham on extra large muffy.
Dang!!! I think we broke a record. 4 meals in a row at home we only eat 2 meals a day. You just know we’re going out tonight.
Pizza and Pastabilities tonight.
You get to build your own pasta and pizzas.
I went with
Purple O’s, red bells, broc, and cauliflower with some sausage in a white wine marinara sauce with some chili pepper flakes.
