Not very pretty, but so tasty. VERY tart, so maybe not a favourite if you’ve got a big sweet tooth.
I let old fashioned oats soak in a bit of plain kefir for an hour or so, then added my stewed rhubarb, ground chia, and a tiny drizzle of the raw wildflower honey from the beekeeper who’s using our property :honeybee:
I forgot my protein powder but will add next time.

Don’t worry guys. I ate :joy:

Leftover frozen home made Beefaroni.

Brunch - trying the German rye bread, toasted, with cream cheese and lox plus tons of chives and dill. It’s sooooooo delicious! I love it. A few berries with a balsamic glaze drizzle and basil on the side and a new to me sparkling water. Wish I had known it had “69 mg of naturally occurring caffeine!” I suppose it does say “energizes,” but seriously, I feel like it should be better advertised as caffeinated. Oh well. It is tasty.

Hummus plate with my new favorite sweet potato toasts and a bit of Iowa blue cheese (not the famous Maytag brand but from a family farm and soooo tasty and creamy).

According to my husband, I outdid myself tonight. Seems pretty basic but gosh it hits the spot, and I reminded him he did an excellent job grilling the pork tenderloin on Sunday.

Pork tenderloin with oil and red wine vinegar dressed lettuces and caprese salad with balsamic glaze (on the pork, too). I can’t wait to have tomatoes from the garden!

Iggy’s Stuffies
From Rhode Island

Hi Eric. What’s an Iggy Stuffie? My son (around 10 at the time) picked out an all white rescue cat, named him Iggy. It was his 1st pet he called his own. He’s on his own now, but always has rescues. Currently it’s a dog Bonnie, and a cat Savannah. It runs in our family :heart:

They’re Stuff Quahogs from Iggy’s in Rhode Island. Stuffed clams. I get them on Gold Belly. My dad always had frozen stuffed clams in the house. I grew up in New England. Just some New England comfort. Great job on day 12. I’m not planning on drinking with you tomorrow either :wink:
:pray:t2::heart:
