Wow on all the food! @anon9289869 wow!!!
Mine is green beans, red onion, which I forgot to macerate, which is to soak them in the vinegar for awhile ( 15- 30 min or more ), before piling the rest in, black beans, and in the top pic with red bell pepper added.
I tried smoked sardines for the first time the other day. Not a huge sardine fan as I can’t manage to eat the bones and I find them too fishy but these were boneless & skinless, and the smoked factor helped
I had them mixed with a bit of mayo, on multigrain rye crisp crackers with cream cheese & lettuce
They look good I don’t think I’ve ever seen smoked sardines here.
Thank you Rosa
I appreciate it a lot.
Love that brand!!! I mix it with cream cheese and eat with a cracker, or maybe just a spoon!
Sole Mare in Australia sell a wonderful line of sardine and mackerel products.
Their wood smoked sardines are my favourite, especially the version with chilli.
Delightful
I had plans for lasagna tonight but didn’t have any ricotta or cottage cheese so decided to wait. I’ll just have some of yours
Oh now I’m intrigued. Yummy.
Just make a big ol’ silky bechamel and flavour with whatever cheese you have at hand. Forget the calories… this is lasagne… half the calories fall out when you cut it anyway
Since I didn’t get to making a lasagna, I settled for easy chicken salad on toasted pumpernickel I mixed up from a roast chicken I made last night. Because roasting a chicken seemed reasonable at 40°c outside
Ohhhhh I’ll need to look into trying this. That sounds way better than ricotta
It is way better than ricotta
