I’m so grateful for a cooking session with my best friend, my husband. He did so great! We made a slaw, roasted some salmon with onion and homegrown tomatoes and listened to music. What a beautiful evening together.

Right so I had a burst of gratefullness through feeling ill and I got up and made dinner kts cooking now so can be heated up later.

I put it in an oven cooking bag as I have no energy to watch over the stove.

Gluten free brownies with chickpea flour. After they were in the oven, I decided to throw in some 70% dark chocolate chunks

I made them before and it’s been a while, but I think I recall them being a bit
 bland maybe? Or bitter. Can’t recall. So last minute, I tossed the chunks in while it was partially cooked :laughing:
