Oh I love roasted garlic, yum! Tonight it’s been so hot so I am having for dinner Tuna and cucumber sandwhiches easy and a treat for me as il ear 2 of them then hopefully be at my swim tomorrow morning.
Do you mix the tuna & cucumber together?
I had to google revani… sounds & looks amazing!
Tuna and mayonnaise il mix together then sliced cucumber, but now you mention mixing it together some red onion, spinach and green pepper to make tuna crunch ooooh I’m really feeling hungry for it now.
Sounds great!
Firstly, those look devine!
Secondly, why wasn’t I invited???
Walnut and rosemary crusted lamb. My daughter made the bulk of this, although I helped once it started to take too long!
Tried those once…utter failure…however, baking and I dont mix. Those look professional!
Made stuffed zucchini tonight with Italian sausage. No plate picture because they vanished too fast. Made two large pans and this is all that’s left . Already deciding how to change it up. Maybe shredded beef or perhaps chicken with chili verde sauce. Even the grandkids slurped it up. Yummy!
That looks like a really great idea.
I might have to give that a try.
Open face toasted sourdough with melty Brie, chopped deli turkey, hot mustard and a perfectly ripe garden Roma tomato. Mmmmm!
Back to morning smoothies. This one has:
- Frozen blueberries, strawberries and banana
- Handful of torn fresh mint
- Chia seeds
- Flaxmeal
- Peanut butter cocoa protein powder
- Extra ice and water
Refreshing!
@RosaCanDo those tomatoes look sooo red and much better than supermarket tomatoes! And never thought of mint in a smoothie that would be delicious.
Unfortunately I 1.Work 6am to 2pm and 2. Too lazy to get up early enough to make a smoothie lol
There is NOTHING like a homegrown tomato! My harvest is small this year due to weird weather and some poor planning but the few I’m getting are primo! So much more flavor and better texture than supermarket tomatoes.
Keeping it vegan this morning.
Tofu scramble fully loaded with mushrooms, onions, garlic, red pepper, sweet potato, broccoli greens, acv, nutritional yeast, and smoked paprika.
What kind of tofu (firm? Soft?) do you use for your scrambles?
Extra firm. It’s easy to just cut into palm size pieces so I can squeeze the liquid out by hand in the sink real quick and squish it before I chuck it into the pan.
Makes sense. Thanks for the imagery!
Oh that sounds right up my alley! Yum.
