I don’t see the whipped cream cheese part. That could be the best part. Did you just do that yourself with the maple syrup and cream cheese?

Oh yah I just put a scoop of cream cheese and a drizzle of maple syrup together in a ramekin that I microwaved for a few seconds and then whisked em together.

Good for you. I use too. Getting too old and lazy. And my wife is not a very adventurous eater. I passed it along to my gluten free carrot cake loving friends and they are excited to try it.

Vacation breakfast

Sunday dinner my aunt made fried rice, shrimp, and garden veg - lots of chard!

Today’s breakfast - not my best plating and not my best meal but the lighting in my kitchen just feels so whimsical today

Wheat english muffins, daiya mozzarella, eggs fried with mushrooms and onions, garlic scape pesto, and veggie sausages….aaannd a hashbrown patty cuz it’s just that kind of day.

Yesterday’s dinner, tonight my son treated me to some pizza delivery.

Cheesy ground beef and cauliflower casserole.

It was edit NOT bad.
