I miss my kumquat tree from Florida! I would eat them straight from the tree!

Toasted bagel with sriracha mayo tuba, rocket and radish sprouts. I thought the delicate chartreuse and magenta tones in these sprouts was very alluring.

And for some reason I bought some frozen mangoes, someone was posting mangoes here, with some Fage yogurt. And some fresh blueberries.
I don’t know what’s gotten in to me. :man_shrugging:

This pic is from about two weeks ago… will make it again today. Zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes.
I love kumquats!
@Dazercat I eat lots of frozen blueberries and mangoes… I really do not want them fresh anymore, especially the blueberries, which can go bad so quickly.
@HoofHearted that looks like good comfort food!
All the food looks great! Bon appetit everyone!

That chili looks gorgeous. I’m not a chili connoisseur or even close. But I love to eat a good one. I like the looks of yours because it looks nice and brothy and the ground beef. Although not a fan of the kidney bean. Enjoy.

Grateful my father in law’s wife dropped this off as they heard I’ve been sick for a few days. Homemade tomato soup from her garden veggies.
I’ve also been making hot water with ACV & raw wildflower honey from our bee guy. Soothing on my throat. And yummy :honeybee:

Keeping it simple is sometimes in order. Good ol’ cottage cheese and fresh blueberries for brunch.

I’ll be cleaning out the fridge in advance of my partner leaving for the weekend. Probably keeping things simple over the weekend, too. Working on better gut health. I like seeing other folks’ gut health promotion recipes!

A little bit of tuna salad with muenster, garden tomato, avocado and lots of butter lettuce. Small meals are working for me lately!
