Yay, you roasted them! Looks good. Happy anniversary, mi mejor amiga. It’s his loss!
Which side is yours?
Thank you!
The busy side.
I’m always afraid to order half olives, which she hates, in case they fuck it up.
Pizza angst
Needs pineapple
The anniversary cake I made. I know it looks like an Easter cake or something but kiddo was in charge of decorating. Ten eggs for ten years. Helped cutting it too
I made the frosting with what was left of that cream cheese from Denmark, butter, vanilla & a touch of powdered sugar.
Hot smoked sausage skillet with homegrown red bell peppers, little tomatoes and tomato purée for a little sauce (woot woot!), mushrooms, farm market zucchini, sweet onion. Rice from my rice cooker. I got a thumbs up from my husband but had to take an antacid for the hot sausage
Oh yeah, onions and green peppers. I can take or leave the pepperoni, but definitely olives would be great. I like jalapeños and the husband likes pinapple. We both hate the opposing toppings, but will sometimes take the chance in case it’s messed up.
@Salty That cake looks super moist. I’ll try not to lick the screen.
My first Lemon Chicken Picata.
Thought I’d do it with roasted veggies instead of pasta since we always have pasta.
@EarnIt course I got capers Jené
I hope you are well.
Here we go! Tomato skins drying in my loud ass dehydrator taking up half my counter space. Might have to move it. I wrapped the skins in paper towel in the fridge and it actually helped start them desiccating. I’ll post an update tonight or tomorrow!
Hubbys payday was today and he sent me some money for lunch. Was getting abit anxious bcuz I’ve been doing soo good with my eating, I didnt want to blow it on something unhealthy. Found out one of my favorite shops is a 5 min walk away inside this building lol I had no idea! Booster juice is a fav of mine. I got a high protein smoothie called strawberry storm and then a chicken quesadilla! Feeling nourished!
Is “loud ass” a special brand name?
It should be! It’s like a giant drone is in my house. It’s in the basement now
Last of the rotisserie chicken on lightly toasted sourdough with a “Black Beauty” garden tomato and Muenster cheese, etc. Ughhh it’s such a yummy tomato! I need to try saving seeds.
These were slow roasted lamb ribs, crispy fried, and served with a lime and black vinegar dipping sauce.
I’d eat the heck out of that! And your lamb ribs look spectacular!
