Always looking for something to use with my beautiful, expensive, crystal martini glasses. Added some water with the smoothie mix to blend, sprinkled unsweetened cocoa and vegan chocolate chips, topped with cherry.

Nice! At first I though pistachio pudding of some sort. Or avocado. Looks great!

Nicely marbled. I bet that’s a tasty juicy son of a gun! :yum:

Perfect idea for thanksgiving when you want to see people, but preferably for less than 30 minutes. Also cupcakes for dessert. They could even take it to go.

“Feel free to eat this on your way to somewhere with real food. Nice seeing you, and see you again this time next year??”

@Dazercat I sure am glad Alice is doing the sniff test and keeping you safe! If you could get the rhubarb you could easily make it and eat it or keep it in the freezer until you want some.

@Salty Happy Anniversary to the two of you! Nice that you and your little guy were together and made the cake! I remember you two making that cake before! So sweet… Traditions!

Bingo!

Chicken parm sandwich. Very messy but not too shabby. I was pretty starving Marvin

Trying to figure out what kind of smoothie goes with cold leftover pizza. Definitely not pineapple

Went with the ginger greens.
With banana
Spinach
Lemon
Flax seed.
It worked.

More adventures in harvest processing! Today was grinding the tomato powder and corn stock, first time. Tomato powder is tasty! I got slightly less than a spice jar’s worth. Corn stock is freaking delicious! @anon9289869 of course the spruce eats had a recipe and ideas for using it. 2 dozen ears gave me 4.5 lbs corn kernels (I didn’t cut too close to the cob so there would be meaty stuff for the stock) and 5 quarts of stock.

Summer delight! We’ve neglected elote all summer! Shocking.

Smash burgers on cast iron griddle on charcoal grill, perfect sweet corn grilled husks on then served Mexican elote style (sour cream, queso fresco, Tajín and lime), and garden tomatoes.
