BLTs with avocado, aka BLATs. Combo of regular bacon and center cut is what I had on hand and it’s actually nice to have the meatier center cut along with the crispier thin bacon.

The closest one has had a Friday evening and then Saturday morning Market in years past. I’m not sure how they’re doing it this year. Setting a reminder is a good idea! I love the fresh food and supporting the local farmers, and I like that this one has a Friday evening because I am something of a night owl these days and getting up at 7am is rough. :laughing:

Edit: looks like this year they are doing 8am-1pm on both Friday and Saturday. Shame about the evening market, but completely understandable. Setting a reminder in my phone now for the times! Thanks for the idea. :+1:

Here is a tip. Freeze your tomatoes. Then let them thaw in a bowl. Skins come off super easy, the liquid in them comes out, making the process of cooking them down easy.

I realized this was the first time I’ve ever purchased a smoothie :laughing: I make protein smoothies at home with protein powder and green veg/water.
Thought I’d try this as a treat (and I had a coupon)
Almond butter, avocado, hemp seeds, raw cacao, fresh-made almond milk, banana, and vegan protein powder

Hello Foodies. My nutribullet has just died on me.
I cant complain as its 7 years old and has been used daily for my smoothies and for blending soups, grounding spices, making sauces. Before i order a new one im going to do a bit of research but was wondering what ones you would recommend?
