So, you donāt prefer capers. I donāt prefer ketchup. I could buy ketchup and it would still be in my fridge three years later, barely used.
Itās got to have the horseradish in it.
Now you wouldnāt put capers on a kielbasas would you?
To set the record straight. I like capers. But they are too much of an annoyance. And an extra step and not worth my time.
I bet those capers sit in my fridge for 3 years now. Iāll trade you that for some ketchup.
I feel the same about ketchup. To me, itās an annoyance. If it ends up on a burger, cool. I donāt hate it. I just donāt have a real appreciation for it.
I eat kielbasa with straight horseradish or sauerkraut.
And yeah, Iād probably pair capers with kielbasa. I havenāt but I may now.

I am sad and lonely today, so I made a steak. I overcooked it and thatās a bummer. Luckily, there is more of said steak which is much thicker. The whole thing will probably be relegated to thinly sliced on sandwiches, which isnāt a horrible thing. I have an oven-broiled steak down to a science - but I hit cancel on the timer instead of start. It didnāt suck but it was definitely close to medium.

Iām proud of myself for all my kitchen work today. It feels weird to say that but Iām struggling with stress of managing time with back to school for kiddo, office full time and commuting, housework, getting lunches & supper for everyone done etc. This will help me immensely for the week.
