Long time vitamin lover/user here
Thank you Eric and Ely Im looking at juicers as well now.
Polish Kielbasas
Roasted cauliflower and zucchini
And an epic crinkle cut fry fail
And horseradish ketchup.
Just can’t cook potatoes up here at 7000 ft.
Or because they were organic.
So, you don’t prefer capers. I don’t prefer ketchup. I could buy ketchup and it would still be in my fridge three years later, barely used.
It’s got to have the horseradish in it.
Now you wouldn’t put capers on a kielbasas would you?
To set the record straight. I like capers. But they are too much of an annoyance. And an extra step and not worth my time.
I bet those capers sit in my fridge for 3 years now. I’ll trade you that for some ketchup.
I feel the same about ketchup. To me, it’s an annoyance. If it ends up on a burger, cool. I don’t hate it. I just don’t have a real appreciation for it.
I eat kielbasa with straight horseradish or sauerkraut.
And yeah, I’d probably pair capers with kielbasa. I haven’t but I may now.
Lactinato Kale, my favorite to grow, massaged with lemon juice and then (s)mashed avocado added and pumpkin seeds…
I am sad and lonely today, so I made a steak. I overcooked it and that’s a bummer. Luckily, there is more of said steak which is much thicker. The whole thing will probably be relegated to thinly sliced on sandwiches, which isn’t a horrible thing. I have an oven-broiled steak down to a science - but I hit cancel on the timer instead of start. It didn’t suck but it was definitely close to medium.
Chicken in satay sauce with pickled mushrooms, edamame, carrot, corn and pea shoots served with rice.
Beautiful! Looks awesome
Meal prepping for my lunches. And using up those damn tomatoes
Quiche with basil from my plant, baby spinach, fresh grated parm, mozzarella, goat cheese, plum tomatoes
Simmering some meat sauce for the lasagna I’m making. Good use for my homemade tomato sauce. Snuck in some mushrooms and grated zucchini
My house is a mess but at least I’m being productive in kitchen today after working a bit this morning to take care of some pressing matters. Quiche for my lunches, lasagna for hubby’s
I need details! Tofu in the bowl?
Edit. I’m thinking potatoes as I look again
And the main?
They do the bestest crispiest breakfast taters
Looks so good! What’s the main? Never mind I see it now
Piping hot out of the oven. It’s soooo heavy!
I’m proud of myself for all my kitchen work today. It feels weird to say that but I’m struggling with stress of managing time with back to school for kiddo, office full time and commuting, housework, getting lunches & supper for everyone done etc. This will help me immensely for the week.
