It was a pretty small portion to start. I never remember to take photos, I’m always enjoying eating too much.:yum:

Oooh maybe I’ll do soup with the rest! Did you roast them first?

Yes, roasted tomatoes, carrots, celery, onions, and garlic plus 1 small chilli. Will throw some fresh basil in tomorrow maybe a grating of parmesan.
I feel the knead to make some bread with this. Im on it!

Looks delicious. I forgot to take photos and also never made bread. I was sidetracked with the arrival of my blender. I can get those fresh fruits and veggies into me every morning again.

Oooh, new blender. Exciting! Is it a fancy Vitamix?
I only have a little Nutribullet for my smoothies. Not big enough for soup. This soup, I just whizzed up a bit with my immersion handheld blender. Left a bit chunky for texture :yum:

I would eat this every day (if it was turkey, chicken, or salmon). I love ham but I don’t want it everyday. It’s such nice plating and I don’t have to be jealous of your ability to eat real glutinous pasta.

No I got another nutribullet this one a 900. My other served me so well and just so easy to use. 20 seconds and its done this one is so much quieter than the old one also.It was a bargin on ebay £25 still boxed and seldom used.
I use a cheap hand held blender for soups it does the job perfectly. Both so easy to clean.

Herb crusted oven roasted eye of round, with homemade garlic mashed potatoes and sweet corn.
Absolutely doused in brown gravy of course.

First time making a roast like this and it turned out perfectly, so did everything else to be honest.

Haven’t had it since i was like 13 at a camp, kind of a special nostalgia attached to this meal, so was happy that i kind of accidentally stumbled onto it without realizing when i pulled the round cut out just to use it up
10/10 honestly, can’t sell this one short lol

Im starting a 30 day green smoothie challenge, which wont be much of a challenge because i love them.
Dont worry I wont be taking photographs everyday.

Day 1

Spinach, strawberries, kiwi, apple, bluberries, celery, banana, water, and the mixed powder-flaxseed, almonds, walnuts & CoQ10. What on earth that is im not sure.
Tastes delicious.
