Avocado (leftover guacamole) toast with garden cherry tomatoes and hard boiled egg. I might need a knife and fork to eat this!

Multigrain flatbread with pesto base, fresh garden tomatoes (red vine plus the little yellow/orange Esterina cherry tomatoes), basil from my plant, goat cheese and fresh mozza. It was so pretty raw & before the mozza, I could have eaten as is, but wanted some melty cheese action and crispy crust

All of you are so imaginative and creative with your cooking. This is something I love although I have not done it. The pic comes from the top link which doesn’t have a recipe, just ideas for the “art”.
I searched and randomly picked the all recipes link for instructions. I hope somebody will do it. I’ll do it too… one of these days.

There’s a booth at the farmers market here that has something like this. It’s pretty amazing to see. I couldn’t eat it though

This is a Smile Cookie from Tim Hortons (Canada’s coffee chain). This is an annual charity event where you buy a smile cookie, and 100% of the proceeds go to a specific local charity in the community (for example, hospitals, hospice, humane societies, children’s charities etc )
