Roasted garlic and zucchini flatbread with a white sauce and mozzarella cheese and grape tomatoes. Yes white sauce. :scream: unheard of for me but it was good. It was cream cheese base.


I cropped as much of the broiled burned edges as I could. :grimacing:

Welcome home to me! Sushi takeout. Rainbow roll, spicy tuna roll, eel and avocado roll, and some deep fried concoction called the American Dream roll (of course!) with spicy tuna, avocado and cream cheese topped with spicy mayo, eel sauce and tobiko (it was freaking yummy). Salmon and yellowtail sashimi and gyoza not pictured.

Chicken ramen bowl with homemade pickled daikon and the kimchi I made last week. I steamed the egg a la Rosa also. It worked a treat.

Have you tried nutritional yeast? When my daughter went through a vegan phase I found that “nooch” was a useful addition for good flavour. I still use it now even though that phase is over.
