To me it’s not at all complex.
The symptoms are complex and hard to handle.

It’s just:
No cow milk dairies,
despite of low amount of fermented ones
No wheat
No pork
Low sugar

Hoooooly milliooooooon
more foods left for me :smiley::smiley::smiley:
:white_heart::heartpulse::purple_heart::black_heart:

Same ole tofu scramble I eat most mornings but haven’t posted a photo of in a while. Finishing off the last of the kale that I rescued from the garden before the snow hit.

Tofu cooked in coconut oil with garlic, mushrooms, onions, red bell pepper, kale, hot hungarian paprika, and nutritional yeast. + some sesame ezekiel toast

Does somebody know if there is non-alcoholic cider? I’ve read an AA Grapevine article and they drink cider during their meeting.:open_mouth:

Most definitely! Here in Canada at least. It’s pretty popular, especially this time of year, and many brands at grocery stores, local shops & markets etc.

Wow, that sounds really good. I’ve never seen that in Germany. Only punch for children with juice.

That’s how I do my soups too. It’s the only way I know to really get it smooth and it’s the biggest pain in my butt :see_no_evil:

@mx_elle @anon9289869 same here on the sieve. I also do that pretty often for homemade stock and Mexican style sauces. Really does the trick. You can go crazy with it and use cheesecloth but that can be a nightmare!
