Bombshell dinner :bomb: I’ve impressed myself by thinking this up today. Leftover veg from this morning tossed with spaghetti, a can of western Canadian smoked tuna, a couple splashes of balsamic and some feta. O M G

Partners plate :relaxed:

And mine. I may have been a little ambitious with the amount of chicken I took. But it is a carbohydrate, a protein and a vegetable

I LOVE fruit in my oats. Strawberries or blueberries are my fav :slight_smile: with the honey… yumm

Hmmm maybe a cheese sauce? Or maple (or honey) and bacon sprouts. My kiddo won’t touch them (or broccoli, or most green things for that matter) Except for peas and cucumbers :joy:

I blanched them and then baked them with garlic, a bit of salt and parmesan cheese. Adding a bit of butter to hers…
She still refused a bite :rofl:
I will try again with cheese sauce or honey next time :slightly_smiling_face:

Yall talking about oats I had to make myself some for dinner. Savory, vegan, and loaded with obscene amounts of garlic.

So here I am traveling and instead of being tempted by all the amazing places to drink, I decided to go to all of the places and indulge in all the foods and all the drinks….mocktails that is. It’s been so much fun and I don’t feel like I’m missing out at all. Best of all, mocktail are way cheaper and I sleep like a baby and wake up feeling refreshed. Here are some of the mocktails I’ve had so far.

Microwaved some kale and tomato for just thirty sec or so… then added a chicken and broccoli frozen dinner (cooked)/. It is good hot food in 7 minutes… I am basically vegetarian but have found the chicken good protein and quick the way I do it. No bloody chicken…
Blueberries and fresh cranberries! Yum!

They all look very good. I love places that have their own specialty mocktails. They can get very creative.
I had some kind of a cucumber lime spritz the other day. :yum: And I like when they use ginger in my mocktails.
Enjoy your travels.
:pray:t2::heart:
