Ideally to reap the full benefits, grind them. Otherwise we poop many out whole, and don’t access the good stuff inside the seed. Still super healthy whole, but you’ll maximize the nutrients (particular omegas) ground up
@Dazercat you can also buy pre ground flax meal,(that’s what I put in my oats and in smoothies) but I’m sure fresh ground is better nutritionally.
Cranberries, pears, oranges. I used Asian pears all those years ago but there’s no reason to use Asian.
As far as the cherries in my original recipe I had it where you could substitute cherries for cranberries for a cherry compote.
If you were to add cherries into the cranberry Compote it would sweeten just like the blueberries did in what I ate last night. Which was just warmed up blueberries and cranberries so that I wasn’t eating them frozen when it’s freezing outside.
I will look for my original recipe, I haven’t seen it in a very long time, it is probably buried in an email account that I no longer have.
Happy sober Thanksgiving to you!
Oat Bran
With strawberries and honey.
And a Sweet Bee apple with peanut butter.
I think it’s a Sweet B. I never heard of them.
Edit : SugarBee!
I don’t think there are any yummy recipes for brussels sprouts Other than replace them with meatballs, for example
I always love it when you pop in
Well…
I’ll try anything once…
This is a baked chicken breast with provolone, lettuce, pickle, and bacon with mustard on a brioche bun with some air fried
“Mediterranean” night. Chicken marinated with yogurt, garlic, lemon juice and spices. Homemade tzatziki. Trimmings.
Happy Thanksgiving to you too
Love the “Beef & Leaf.”
