C’mon over I’ll show ya!
It helps to have about a 45 degree angle when your trying to flip it. Step away from the stove so you aren’t doing it directly over the stove. It’s easier to clean it up off the floor anyway. 
And of course a good non stick pan.
And they had me practice with a bar mop.
I’d say it looks pretty good

Actuality this looks (and tastes!) pretty good compared to some hospital meals I’ve seen.
The mashed potatoes were comforting with some of that gravy, as I’d not eater in over 24 hours (meat is turkey breast lol) And some nice lukewarm tea felt good.
Stay tuned for breakfast in the morning! I bet you can’t sleep in anticipation
