Last late afternoon dinner…

Got a place under a rooftop and it was raining.
Had a good long last atlantic swim before 
By the way I lost one of my fins few days ago… So i need new ones.
One fin doesn’t make sense 
They were a bit hard and heavy all the time
… So what! New equipment, new game.

Leftovers for the win! Enchilada casserole (spicy!) from the freezer on top of tater tots with avocado, sour cream and bacon bits. I really need to lighten things up, but I hate wasting food. Tomorrow I’ll start doing some real meal planning.

Really getting use to having (hopefully Olive) oil and vinegar on my salads. Especially when it’s a good fresh one like this one.
And these grilled Cod Fish tacos were just as tasty as fried. Especially with the mango salsa.

A fork an knife kinda brat. Sautéed onions, peppers, mushrooms and garlic…then homemade cheese sauce on top of that.
