My fella got all the good toppings on tonight’s beef and bean chili, mine isn’t as pretty but very warming and tasty nonetheless. Fresh corn muffins (and I’m still excited about my new warming stone + basket).

Insomnia ramen - whisked egg stirred in, tinned pink salmon, frozen veg and topped with cilantro and sriracha. Half-ish now at 3 am and half later on. This will save me!

Marinated and roasted bone-in chicken thighs on brown rice blend smothered with a saucy mix of leftover spinach artichoke dip, tons of sautéed crimini mushrooms and chopped baby spinach/kale, and some milk added. Oh my!
