I got a grilled chicken breast and its topped with a Portabella mushroom sauce. It’s one of my favorite things to get there. They also have a plain herb crusted chicken I like too.
I got off easy tonight. Just had to pick up pizza.
Parma Pizzeria Napoletana
I got the
Wood fired cheese
Black olives
Caramelized red onions
Green bells.
Jalapeño
Red peppers.
Hot honey.
Just stop with the honey on pizza folks!
Hot honey
Went great with the jalapeño and carmelized onions.
I don’t like honey.
Neverrrrrrrrrr!!!
Drove 30 minutes for this last night. Tonkotsu ramen broth, pork, soy marinated egg, pak choy, noodles and a side of sesame dressed seaweed. Loved every mouthful! It’s really hard to get decent Asian food where I live so this was an awesome treat
What’s the recipe for that looks great.
Butter, extra sharp cheddar, farm fresh egg, and GF English muffin, which basically tastes like flat toasted cornbread.
We have some really great ramen choices here. Believe it or not, some of the best ramen comes from inside our mall.
My kid LOVES seaweed salad. I can’t seem to embrace that flavor and I love dried seaweed and sesame. I think the texture gets to me. Now I am craving bok choy. Maybe I will make some ramen eggs today.
Time to get these smoked…starting off with very little smoke. This will be my basline porkbelly…jist to see what the bacon it yields is like
Would love to show the cooked bacon…we ate it extremly fast. No more store bought bacon
We did Moqueca again since we loved it last October.
PASTELZINHOS Brazilian style empanadas filled with seasoned beef or cheese with oregano
and dried tomato. We got 2 of each.
LOBSTER SCALLOP AND SHRIMP MOQUECA
(CLAY POT DISHES) Moqueca is a traditional dish from the southeast coast of Brazil (Espirito Santo State). It’s a style of cooking and serving the sea- food of your choice in handcrafted clay pots. A fresh and rich tomato sauce is made to order with the adition of onions, garlic, cilantro, squeezed limes urucum(Brazilian seasoning) and a splash of coconut milk.Served with a side of seasoned white rice.
The cranberries in the pic with the blueberries… I bought them raw and froze them. I put all the frozen berries in the bowl and microwaved until still cold but not frozen, so essentially even though they’ve been frozen they are raw.
They are great… the sweetness of the blueberries is a good combo.
When I put them in salads, I microwave them in a teensy bit of water until they pop or break up a little… they’re great!
This is my first year to do this and I love them. Froze about 20 bags.
I do not eat dried cranberries from the store because for me most have way too much sugar and too many calories. For me they might as well be candy…
( My old travel and road trip food used to be walnuts and dried cranberries or cherries, so I like them, but have to stay away! )
This is different and a true cranberry flavor. @Claire_quit2
