They simmered for a few minutes in the pot in the end with heat down and closed lid.
Bit like the procedure when cooking shakshuka.

They were very soft but I love that.

Looks delicious! What did you cook it with? Broth?

Samosa for lunch.

I steamed the champions in a half tsp of butter to start, then the oats, then broth and let it cook for 10 minutes. Then spinach and the yeast flakes, and finally the egg yolks in a little mold and let it simmer for further 5 minutes with the lid on it and heat down.

Protein cookies also came out nice!
It’s cocos-almond with vegan vanilla protein, more vanilla aroma, oats, stevia and a bit of seasalt! Sugarfree of cause

Sounds good. What do you use as a flour surrogate?

I like shak shuka. It’s a well rounded vegetarian meal.

Nothing.
This recipe comes out without any flour.

Oats with cinnamon apple raisin and honey.
With a rhubarb jam muffy.
I’m thinking  that rhubarb might be good in the oats some day.

Rhubarb grows well here. I’ve not tried making jam with it. It looks delicious.

Rhubarb and ginger jam I made a couple of weeks ago. So good and pretty easy too.

@Alisa
That looks delicious. I have a brand new cheesecake pan and this looks like it could be the one I choose to make first.

I just got a pressure cooker and cooked this chicken. Get a pressure cooker folks - get one - this chicken came out so tender and falling off the bone. The recipe is simple and doesn’t take long.

I found the chicken needed a bit more time in the cooker than the recipe called for. Check your chicken when you open it up; if it needs more time, just put it back on.

Enjoy :yum:
