From my understanding it’s non processed. High in fiber and may help lower cholesterol. My doc wants me to take statins for my borderline high cholesterol. I want to try lowering my cholesterol with diet. So I’m trying my best. I hope it’s helping. We’ll see in April.

Listen, pal! There is no lawn in Nebraska in February. I have snow, so I had to buy the lawn and topped it with ALL the arugula. It was amazing and my avocado didn’t suck, which is rare in February, too.
