Today’s afternoon snack
Airfryer tortilla cheese and garlic bread.
But without garlic powder and Parsley
Gluten and dairy free.
Next time I’ll add more cheese.
Also need to find a way to bake my own gluten free tortillas this small ones is $4/ package here and there’s only 6 bread in a package.

For dinner I had a good friend over and made falafel with paaner and baked eggplant. And meneesh with taziki. One of my favorite meals and sooo tasty!

Bought another brand of glutenfree flour mix today, to one that’s based on corn starch. Never made pancakes this perfect in ten years.
I’m so excited to try and bake tortillas with this new brand.
